1. Payment Policy
Payment Method:
All payments must be made in full via credit/debit card or any available payment method in your region at the time of registration.
Enrollment Confirmation:
Payment confirms your enrollment and guarantees your spot in the course.
Receipt of Payment:
Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with class details.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refunds:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Course Withdrawal:
If a student chooses to withdraw from the class, no refunds or credits will be provided.
Course Postponement:
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), a request to postpone enrollment to a future session may be considered at Dooke's discretion. Such requests must be made in writing at least
5 working days
before the class
start date
.
3. Course Commitment & Attendance
Attendance Responsibility:
Students are responsible for attending all scheduled Zoom sessions.
Missed Classes:
Classes will not be rescheduled for individual absences. However, recordings will be provided for review.
Access Rights:
Access to course materials and recordings is granted only to enrolled students and is non-transferable.
4. Privacy & Recording Policy
Session Recordings:
All class sessions are recorded for internal purposes and may be used for marketing or training by Dooke.
Prohibited Distribution:
Students are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or posting recorded sessions on any social media or third-party platforms.
5. Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior:
Students must maintain respectful behavior during live sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Active Participation:
Engagement through active and constructive participation is encouraged to enhance the learning experience for all.
6. Secure Transactions & Data Protection
Payment Security:
All payments are securely processed through
Stripe
; Dooke does not store credit card information.
Data Usage:
Personal data collected during registration is used solely for course-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties, in compliance with data protection regulations.
